Introduction to 3D May 3

Hi Folks

I’ve recently learned that some club members have not registered for the introduction to 3D archery on May 3rd because the announcement stated you would need sight marks out to 50M. Apologies, this is the longest distance shot in 3D by compound bows, and shouldn’t discourage anyone from attending the introduction.

When shooting 3D there are different “stakes” set out at different distances from the target – these stakes are used by shooters with different types of equipment. Compound bows shoot longer distances than recurve or traditional.

In our introduction we will be shooting at a variety of distances, most in the 15 – 25M range. So, if you don’t have sight marks, or feel comfortable shooting longer distances, no worries! You can still have fun, learn about 3D and shoot distances you are comfortable with.

Please let me know if you would like to register.

Thanks, Rick
