Victoria Bowmen Newsletter October 2005
Hello All,
Well, we're back to indoor shooting, only got a couple of nights in before the disruption, buy all is on track now. The JOP is booming and we're looking at ways to make it easier for compounders to get their arrows out of the butts, watch for some surprises for those that shoot 3D.
November 26th Cancelled Mark your calendars, the school is not available on November 26, so archery is cancelled that day.
Memberships due soon You should have received a membership renewal form by now, please help out by renewing as early as possible. It makes the job of our membership coordinator much easier. If you require any further info, please contact her at: membership@victoriabowmen.com or 727-0556.
Remember only members are insured for the use of the range (indoor or outdoor), anyone shooting at the range without a membership risks liability for anything that may happen while there.
Fund Raising Rather than the old chocolates etc, we're going to be selling Smoked Salmon this year. We are asking you to take on selling as many packages as you can they will sell for about $10 giving a good profit to the club. If you can't make it out on a Saturday to pick some up, please contact our PR Director, Gayle Miskosky 478-7374 or pr@victoriabowmen.com . It is initiatives like this that keep our dues down, so please support the program.
