January 2006 Newsletter

Hello,

 

Here is the latest news from the club after our Board meeting last night:

 

First off my apologies if you got 2 of these mailings, I merged the 05 and 06 lists and tried to remove duplicates, but I'm sure some got through. If you do not renew your membership, this will be your last newsletter.

 

Minutes from last night's meeting are now on the Club Website as is shoot and other information. The most up-to-date club information is usually there.

 

Membership Cards:

Members are reminded that they are to wear their clip on membership cards visibly on their person while shooting on the outdoor range or the indoor facility at John Stubbs School.

 

Membership Dues:

Memberships are now due, if you have not renewed, you cannot continue to shoot on the range (indoor or outdoor) as you are not insured and do not carry the required liability insurance to use the ranges.

 

Range Closures:

The FITA Field will be closed for the 3D shoots February 12 and June 10/11.

 

JOP

JOP lessons will be Saturdays Mornings Tuesday and Thursday nights will be for practice, anyone need coaching or lessons on one of those nights, will have to call ahead to arrange for coaching or instruction.

 

3D Group
The 3D group meets Saturday Mornings at the range all year round.

 

JOP Valentines Shoot

The Valentines shoot has been cancelled, instead there will be a Spring Easter Shoot April 15th - details to follow.

 

Salmon Fund Raiser

Please help support the club by purchasing our specially packaged JOP salmon (packaged in a mail - ready envelope). Contact Gayle at 478-7374.

 

Club Equipment

If you have any club equipment, please bring it back for the annual club inventory - contact Bruce 478-9951.
