Minutes
Annual General Meeting September 20, 2010
Meeting was held at the Church of the Advent 510 Mount View, Victoria,
BC, called to order by the President at 19:35.
In attendance: Helena
Myllyniemi, Al Wills, Marlee Loiselle, Tracy Klat,
Larry Gagnon, and George
Trattner, Hazel Prince, and Bruce Somers
2. CHAIRMAN’S OPENING
REMARKS
The Chairman thanked everyone for coming out.
Al shared that the “big news” was that the View Royal property beside the
YDC (Youth Detention Centre) should be ready for spring shooting. Victoria
Bowmen will be signing a contract in the next 10 or so days.
Al spent several hours working on the contents in the containers and the
next step will be to do inventory on the contents. 2010-11 Indoor shooting will
be Tuesday night 8-10pm at Sangster School
