1        Meeting called to order at 1906 hrs.

2        Correspondence:

         Email question concerning Crossbows (Crossbows are not allowed on our range, but are allowed on the Malahat range.

3        Adoption of the Minutes of the Previous Meeting:

4        Business arising from the minutes: None

5        Reports:

Note: - The President outlined our new format of taking reports ‘around the room’ and dealing with issues as they arise, other items can be added to ‘new business’ as they arise.

6.1     DND Rep: Not Present.

6.2     Tournament: Report attached.

6.3     PR: Lots of Salmon still for sale.

6.4     JOP – 9 new archers, 5 new members, 36 JOP, 28 coming weekly
16 have earned new badges most more than 1
Tuesday/Thursday cancelled this week – Friday substituted
Outdoors will start March 18^th 10 – 1
Nanoose Bay JOP Zone 6 Champs Apr 2

6.5     3D: $ 814 profit on last 3D shoot, Good job to all!!.

6.6     Social: No report.

6.7     Membership:  Nearly 100 members for 2006, total for last year (end of year) was 197. Suggest have a 3D JOP day.

6.8     JOP: Bruce checked the roof and could not find a leak, the situation will have to be monitored
Still working on the inventory

6.9     Treasurer: We are still in the black all bills are paid!

7       New Business

7.1     JOP 3D – June 3 set to try out 3Dfor JOP – Date to be confirmed.

7.2     Disposal of old Willams Bows, considered dangerous

7.3     Discussion on Club Arrows – It was felt about 30 sets should be maintained in various lengths, but not to dispose of the remainder- tabled

         Equipment Director Required

7.4     Spring Work Party – 29 April 0900 BBQ to follow at 12 Shooting at 1300.

         Lawn mower will be serviced soon

         Members should add work party items to the Black Board in the Club house.

7.5     Club Shooting Night

         Wednesday Nights @ 1900 and Saturdays at 0900 for all

8        Disbursements:

            Gayle supplies expenses M Bruce 2^nd Mary Carried

            Bruce will get a ladder for gaining access to the roofs
