Meeting was called to order at 19:12.

President Greg Birtwistle welcomed all and encouraged participation in the meeting.

New Business
The increase of dues was noted by the membership Director in her report and was circulated to the membership before the requisite 30 days. It was noted that under the current dues structure the club would end up more than $4000.00 in the red next year. There was discussion that this increase was still not enough, but many did not want the dues to increase to much at once.
Motion: That club membership dues to be: $160 single, 240 Couple, 280 Family
