5.1. Al Wills submitted a copy of the letter to Inner X Archery Academy, Lagos Nigeria, regarding their interest in participating in the Canada Cup Archery Tournament.

Membership: Lorrie sent an email report to Vanessa noting that a new box of Membership cards is needed and that she will send an updated Membership list next week. In addition, Lorrie formally submitted her resignation from the board of Victoria Bowmen Association effective June 27th. 6.6. Tournament: Tracy Klatt reported that three shoots are planned for July. In addition, the next scheduled pumping of the toilets was discussed.
6.7. JOP: Cliff reported that all is going
well for the JOP shooting for Saturday mornings and thanked Mary
Wills for her assistance during these times. In addition, Tuesdays
and Thursday’s afternoons/early evenings continue to have good
numbers showing up from about after school to sun down. 6.8. Treasurer: : No Report 6.9. Field: No Report 6.10. Junior Rep: No Report 6.11. PR: No Report 6.12. 3-D/Bowhunting: 6.13. Social: Mary Wills reported the success of the Queen Victoria and 3-D shoot on the previous weekend and expressed thanks to volunteers Shirley Wong, Andy Gojmerak and others. Mary also noted that comments were acknowledged regarding the pricing of items for the BBQ and that pricing for subsequent events will be modified. 6.16. DND: No DND at this time. 8.1. Motion From Al Wills; Indoor shooting times for 2005/06 season have been confirmed for Saturday mornings, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from October 1st to March 16th, with indoor tournaments on February 4th and March 4th. 8.2. Membership position will be vacated by Lorrie at the end of the month. Helena is needed to check membership card order from Hillside printers. Greg to get together with Lorrie re: club documents and files. 8.3. Victoria Bowmen to loan butts for Cowichan Outdoor Championship tournament; loan will allow availability for BC Outdoor on 20th and 21st and for Senior tournament on 27th and 28th, returning approximately August 10th. 8.4.
