6.1     Indoor butts – Still not resolved, Al reported that we are going to experiment with some of the older style blue butts for shooting closer during initial lessons.

         - Members shooting heavier bows are advised to ensure their arrows are lubed before shooting at the indoor butts, if they don’t have any, it is available from Al. WD-40 or any such lubrication works well.

6.2     JOP – Supervision at JOP was discussed, Al will conduct a very basic archery course on January 17 & 19 for JOP instructors. Adults will be asked to come out and assist at archery until a new JOP rep can be found

PR Report

Dec. 19, 2005

 Smoked Salmon Fundraiser:

We sold 70 Pink Smoked Salmon Postcard Packs @ $8.00 each for $560. There are 55 packages left for sale. (Note: all 14 sockeye orders were refunded $2  – and 1 sockeye order had all $10 refunded = $38 in refunds).

How will we sell the rest? Ideas?

Juan de Fuca Rec Centre:

We had the wrong phone number in Juan de Fuca’s Activity Guide sports club listings. (They had Lori’s number). I gave them Shirley Wong’s number and it has been changed for current guide.
