2.1.    With special permission, we will forgo the regular meeting to address special billing and funding issues.

Action: Members present voted in favour of using this meeting to address issues requested.

       Email to G. Birtwistle from Derruga; representative from Glad Tidings Church, re: Archery activity for their Annual outdoor event, June 12, for 500 people.

       Al Wills is contacting (FCA) Federation of Canadian Archers regarding insurance.

7.1.    Greg Durward reported that the Victoria Bowmen Archery Association currently has the opportunity to apply for the Provincial Direct Access Program Grant.

    Action: Members present divided into groups to provide information for each of the four program areas of the Victoria Bowmen Association.

Motion by Bruce Reed to purchase to accept the disbursements as read.

Seconded by Al Wills; Carried.

Discussion regarding Cliffs payment/remuneration increase. To be tabled until next meeting.
