Meeting called to order 7:36 PM

(Prior to Board Meeting there was a brief meeting for discussion of the Canadian Nationals and what the club will be required to provide/perform)
1. CALL TO ORDER 19:36 (post nationals meeting)

2. CHAIRMAN’S OPENING REMARKS
No remarks.
Handed out honorary memberships to parties present.

4. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING
Not accepted pending review of hard (paper) copies being presented at next B.O.D meeting, Jan 13th, 2003.

F. Membership Director 38 members renewed/new for 2003, reminders to all members that have not renewed their membership to get it in ASAP.
G. Tournament Director More indoor scoring cards and targets are required.

J. Jr. Rep: Attended the Canada Winter Games trials the weekend in Abbotsford and would like to announce the members of the Team BC:
Jason Bennett, Cameron McNeil, Brittany McMillan, Megan Kennedy, Sophie Roberts, Avery Murray, John Gibson and Scott Sommerville. Congratulations to all.
K. J.O.P. Shooting wrapped up until January 4th, 2003. Next archery class starts on Jan 20th at Commonwealth Pool. JOP indoors championship coming up in March 2003 and the JOP program is looking for fundraising ideas/help to pay the way.

7. BUSINESS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES
a. Donna conna board has been purchased and is being used to butt repairs/replacement.

8. NEW BUSINESS
a. JOP lecture on Saturday, December 14th, which will also double as a “year-end” party for the kids and also a turkey shoot. Motion by Lorrie Sommerville, seconded by Mike Hughes: Approve $60.00 for the purchase of turkeys for the shoot as prizes. Carried.

9. DISBURSEMENTS FOR APPROVAL -

Motion by Lorrie Sommerville, Seconded by Mary Wills: That the Board of Directors approve noted disbursements and direct treasurer to pay. Carried. (amounts and persons withheld on web version of minutes for privacy)
