6.0 New Business:
2003 Canadian Championships. There was extensive discussion on this issue. The profit margin, where to hold the tournament. Would we be able to hold it on our club range?
Victoria has always been a good destination to come to for events like this. It is a high profile shoot. Our club already has most of the necessary equipment to put on a tournament of this size. Will need to build some butts for the field and will need to buy targets.
The field needs some work on it. Will need club members committed to doing the work to put this event on. G Durward moved / T Klat seconded that Al Wills put in a bid at the 2002 FCA AGM for the Victoria Bowmen to host the 2003 Canadian Championships. All in favour. Carried.

6.1 New date for the Victoria Bowmen AGM is 18 Sept/02 as the president Al Wills will be away for 2 weeks from 21 Sept.
